Tim Ward

Tim Ward is the Managing Member for Search Commercial Healthcare & Office Real Estate LLC. Mr. Ward founded the firm in 1995 and he works with private and institutional investors of senior care facilities, acute and long term care hospitals and medical office buildings by providing brokerage and consulting services. Tim has formulated a private equity fund to acquire senior care, medical office, and specialty healthcare facilities nationwide.

Mr. Ward has 27 years of experience in the management, leasing, acquisition, and disposition of medical and office properties on a national basis for a combined asset value of over $1 billion through an extensive network of regional and national owners, operators, and investors. He has built a strong reputation as being an authority in the acquisition and disposition of healthcare properties and is known for his honest and no-nonsense approach. He was recognized by the Dallas Business Journal as a “Heavy Hitter” for his leasing and sales brokerage performances.

Mr. Ward received a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology and Economics from Michigan State University in 1983. He carries active memberships with the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR).
