Darryl Cothron

Upon graduating college Darryl  started his real estate career in 1983 with Fults & Associates. His focus  was on the leasing of multi-tenant office buildings which he continued over the years as he joined  other major firms such as PM Realty, and Peloton. 

 

He is a proven real estate professional with 33 plus years of experience in the marketing, leasing and sales of office, and medical properties in the Dallas/Ft. Worth market. He has closed over 9.8 million square feet in leases and sales, including large complex transactions for major institutional owners. He was listed by the Dallas Business Journal in 1997 and 2003 as an industry “Heavy Hitter”, and was named a top producer multiple times at his former firms. 

 

In 2011, he partnered in the formation of Search Commercial Healthcare and Office Real Estate, a company specializing in medical real estate. He is the co-managing partner and is responsible for the day-to-day lease up and sales of Search Commercial’s medical office and general office properties. He works with both large institutional ownerships, as well as private entrepreneurs/physician partnerships.

 

He is an active member of  the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors, The Commercial Broker Alliance of North Texas, Texas Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

 

He is married and attends Gateway Church in Southlake Texas where he serves as a deacon and also belongs to the Dallas Real Estate Ministries.
