Tim Ward is the President and Managing Partner for Search Commercial Healthcare Office Assets. Mr. Ward founded the firm in 1995. He has since been working with physician groups, national and regional corporate offices, and private and institutional investors by providing brokerage and consulting services.

Mr. Ward has 27 years of experience in the management, leasing, acquisition, and disposition of medical and office properties on a national and local level. He has built up a strong reputation in the North Dallas area as being an authority in the marketing of healthcare properties for investor/owner clients and for his honest approach in representing medical and office tenants and buyers. Mr. Ward was recognized by the Dallas Business Journal as a "Heavy Hitter" for his leasing and sales brokerage performances.

Mr. Ward received a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology and Economics from Michigan State University in 1983. He carries active memberships with National Association of Realtors (NAR), North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR).

Darryl Cothron is the co-managing partner for Search Commercial Properties. Mr. Cothron is responsible of the day to day lease up and sales of Search Commercial’s medical office and general office properties. He works with both large institutional ownerships as well as private entrepreneurs/physician partnerships.

Mr Cothron is a proven real estate professional with 27 plus years of experience in the marketing and leasing of office, medical and office showroom properties in the Dallas Ft Worth market. He has closed over 9.5 million square feet in leases and sales, including large complex transactions for major institutional owners. He was listed by the Dallas Business Journal in 1997 and 2003 and an industry “Heavy Hitter” and was a top producer multiple times for former firms.

Mr Cothron received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Kentucky in 1982 graduating with Dean’s list honors. He acquired his Real Estate License in 1983 and carries active memberships with the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and Dallas Real Estate Ministries.

William Rohloff

William A. Rohloff is a broadly-skilled healthcare executive with thirty years of operations and business development experience, including both not-for-profit and investor-owned hospitals, physician practice groups and medical real estate development.

His career started with a senior staff appointment at Baylor University Medical Center, Dallas, and has encompassed hospital executive responsibilities for facilities as large as 350 beds and as small as 40 beds. Outside of hospital positions, he helped develop and managed a freestanding cancer center and a small emergency medicine management company; and, then, during a critical time of corporate transition, he directed multi-state operation and business development activities for the nation’s largest emergency medicine company.

He is experienced in project development and execution, including strategy determination, operations review, contract negotiation, building construction and organization relocation. He is a skilled negotiator and successful liaison with outside entities such as regulatory agencies, vendors, attorneys, financial partners, etc.

Mr. Rohloff is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives and has served in leadership capacities for the Texas Hospital Association as well as his local community.

Debbie Lister

Debbie Lister is the Managing Partner of the Property Management Division of Search Commercial Real Estate and is responsible for the day to day oversight of all property management assets.

Debbie has extensive experience in the Dallas /Fort Worth market over the past 30 years in managing office, retail and industrial portfolios. She has previously served as Director of Property Management for firms in this area as well as various portfolio assignments where she has managed properties ranging from 20,000 SF to 1,000,000 SF for both private and institutional investors. She has also served as a trust officer for Nations Bank of Texas in the Private Client Services Group, where she performed asset management, brokerage and property management.

Ms. Lister has been an active leader in the Dallas Chapter as well as National Institute of Real Estate Management. In this capacity she has been a leader in the planning and development of educational programs for one of the largest IREM chapters in the nation. She was previously awarded the Dallas Chapter's Candidate of the Year Award for her outstanding service to the organization. She currently serves on the Dallas IREM Chapter's board as VP of Education 2012, and also serves on the National IREM education committee.

Ms. Lister is one of an elite group of professionals that have been selectively chosen and trained to be a National IREM Instructor. In this role she is responsible for facilitating classes to real estate professionals locally and nationally who are working to obtain their CPM designation. She wrote a property management manual that was awarded first place in IREM's national competition and has since written several property procedure manuals for companies in this area.

Debbie is well recognized by her peers, tenants and clients as being an individual who excels at customer service and adding value to the assets with which she is entrusted.

David Hurst

David is responsible for managing the design and construction for the company's healthcare and commercial properties. He has worked on a broad range of projects at a national level serving both individual and large corporate clients on projects as large as $200M.

A Registered Architect in the State of Texas since 1988 and with over 25 years of diverse experience in real estate development, construction management, program management, design and entitlements. Having served in the role of developer, general contractor and architect, David has a unique understanding of the entire development process and provides a truly integrated approach to project delivery.

He is an active member of the American Institute of Architects and maintains recurring education to stay abreast of current trends and requirements for sustainability, accessibility, risk management and methodology. He also has held General Contractor license in Washington, California, Arizona, New Mexico, Louisiana, Tennessee, Mississippi, Florida and North Carolina.

Jim Lee

Jim is the Vice President of Development and Finance for Search Commercial. His primary role is the day-to-day construction management of all finish-out and vertical projects for the company’s clients. His experience has focused on initial site selection diligence involving working with civil engineers and architects for ground up construction of a variety of free-standing medical, office, and retail properties.

In addition, Jim consults with investors and lenders for equity and debt acquisition on behalf of the company’s medical and office clients for the purpose of build-to-suit construction and existing property acquisitions.

Jim’s background includes significant experience as an independent fee-based commercial real estate appraiser certified in Texas and Oklahoma. He is currently a designated member of the Appraisal Institute.
